Will it fit my car?

Most products are designed for universal fit across sedans, SUVs, trucks, and EVs — seat-gap wedges, trunk boxes, back-seat organizers. A few items (roof crossbars, cargo baskets) have vehicle-specific compatibility. Each product page lists fit details and dimensions so you know before you buy.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery is 7 to 15 days from order. Some products ship from US warehouses (faster), others from overseas (a few days longer). Each product page lists its warehouse origin and transit time so there are no surprises at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $35, otherwise $4.99 flat.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking number by email within 3 to 5 business days of ordering. If you haven't received one after 7 business days, email info@logistow.com and we'll chase it down.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery. No restocking fee. We cover return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. If you changed your mind, you cover return shipping. Full details on the refund policy page.

Is installation hard?
