Will it fit my car?

Our products are designed for universal fit across sedans, SUVs, trucks, and EVs — seat-gap wedges, trunk boxes, back-seat organizers. Each product page lists fit details and dimensions so you know before you buy.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery is 7 to 15 days from order. Some products ship from US warehouses (faster), others from overseas (a few days longer). Each product page lists its warehouse origin and transit time so there are no surprises at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $35, otherwise $4.99 flat.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking number by email within 3 to 5 business days of ordering. If you haven't received one after 7 business days, email info@logistow.com and we'll chase it down.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery. No restocking fee. We cover return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. If you changed your mind, you cover return shipping. Full details on the refund policy page.

Is installation hard?

Our products install in under a minute — slip-in organizers, hanging pouches, wedge fillers, foldable trunk boxes. No tools, no hardware, no instructions you'll need to keep. Each product page lists installation steps.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Photograph the box and the product, then email info@logistow.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All processed securely at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states plus Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, and international are on the roadmap.
