Terms of service
Terms of service
Effective: 2026-05-26
These terms govern your use of logistow.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Logistow is a brand operated by Onsite Liquidators, Inc., a California corporation. In these terms, "we," "us," and "Logistow" refer to Onsite Liquidators, Inc. doing business as Logistow. "You" means anyone who visits the site, creates an account, or places an order.
1. Who can use Logistow
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and able to enter into a binding contract. If you're using Logistow on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
We ship only within the United States.
2. Your account
You don't need an account to place an order, but you can create one for faster checkout and order history.
If you create an account:
- Give us accurate information
- Keep your password confidential
- You're responsible for activity on your account
- Tell us at info@logistow.com if you think someone's accessed your account without permission
We can suspend or close any account that violates these terms, attempts fraud, or abuses our refund process.
3. How orders work
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. The order isn't accepted until we send a shipping confirmation. Until then, we may:
- Cancel the order if the item is out of stock
- Cancel the order if we suspect fraud or address-validation issues
- Correct a pricing error (see section 4)
- Limit quantities per customer
If we cancel an order, we refund any charge to your original payment method.
Fulfillment by our partner warehouses
We're transparent about how we operate: Logistow orders are fulfilled by partner warehouses, both in the US and in China. Each product page tells you which warehouse ships that specific item and the expected transit time. See our shipping policy for the full breakdown.
Our partner warehouses receive your name, shipping address, phone number (if provided), and order details for the sole purpose of packing and shipping. See our privacy policy.
4. Pricing and product information
We work hard to get prices and product details right, but mistakes happen. We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors on the site, even after an order is placed
- Update product descriptions, specs, photos, and availability without notice
- Cancel an order placed at an obviously incorrect price (e.g., a $200 product listed at $2) and refund you fully
Prices are in US dollars and don't include shipping or tax. Shipping and applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout.
Product images are representative. Colors may vary slightly between screens. We try to match the description to the images exactly — if you spot a mismatch, email us and we'll fix it.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (typically major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you choose. If a payment fails or is reversed after we've shipped, you remain responsible for the amount owed.
We charge your payment method at the time the order is placed, not when it ships.
6. Shipping, returns, and refunds
See our dedicated policies:
Both are part of these terms by reference.
7. Use of the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access parts of the site that aren't public
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download the site
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to place orders, hoard inventory, or interfere with the site
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Upload malware, harmful code, or use the site to attack others
- Resell our products in a way that misrepresents Logistow or its partners
- Impersonate another person or entity
We can suspend access, cancel orders, and pursue legal remedies for violations.
8. Intellectual property
All content on logistow.com — including the Logistow name, logo, wordmark, product photos, copy, layout, and design — is owned by Onsite Liquidators, Inc. or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.
Personal, non-commercial browsing is fine. Sharing a product link with a friend is fine. Setting up a competing storefront with our copy and photos is not.
Product manufacturer names and trademarks (where they appear) are property of their respective owners and are used only to describe what fits what.
9. User submissions
If you send us a review, photo, feedback, suggestion, or any other content (whether by email, on the site, or via social media tagging Logistow), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing, customer support, and product development purposes. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
You can ask us to stop using a specific submission at any time by emailing info@logistow.com.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
We provide logistow.com and our products "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free site operation
- Accuracy or completeness of site content
This doesn't override any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your state's law, and it doesn't replace the manufacturer's warranty on a product, if one applies.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Onsite Liquidators, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
- Damages arising from your use of the site or any product, even if we knew the damage was possible
Our total liability to you for any claim related to logistow.com or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full. They apply to the maximum extent the law allows.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Onsite Liquidators, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these terms
- Your misuse of the site or a product
- Your infringement of someone else's rights
13. Third-party links
logistow.com may link to third-party sites (manufacturer pages, payment processors, social platforms). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Logistow will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you don't accept, stop using the site.
16. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
17. Entire agreement
These terms — together with the privacy policy, cookie policy, refund policy, and shipping policy — make up the entire agreement between you and Logistow regarding your use of the site and any purchase.
