This page covers where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states plus Washington, DC. That's it for now — we don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses, and we don't ship internationally.

If you order to an address outside our shipping area, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full. We're working on adding Alaska and Hawaii shipping soon.

What it costs

  • Free standard shipping on US orders over $50 (subtotal after any discount, before tax)
  • $5.95 flat-rate standard shipping on US orders under $50

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart subtotal.

How long it takes

Logistow products ship from one of two warehouse tiers. Each product page tells you which warehouse ships that specific item:

US warehouse (3–7 business days)

Most of our heavy or high-volume products ship from US warehouses. Once your order processes, expect delivery in 3–7 business days.

China warehouse (7–15 business days)

Some specialty items ship directly from our China warehouse with international tracked shipping. Expect delivery in 7–15 business days from when the order processes.

We disclose the shipping origin on every product page, in the "Shipping" section, so you know before you check out.

If your cart mixes US-warehouse and China-warehouse items, the items will arrive in separate shipments at different times — each with its own tracking number.

Business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day.

Order processing

Most orders process within 1–2 business days after you place them. You'll get an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the warehouse hands the package to the carrier.

If we hit an issue with your order — out of stock, address validation problem, payment hold — we'll email you from info@logistow.com.

How to find your tracking number

  • It's in the shipping confirmation email we send when the order ships
  • It's in your Logistow account under "Orders" if you created one at checkout
  • If you can't find it, email info@logistow.com with your order number

US-warehouse orders typically ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size. China-warehouse orders ship via international carriers (YunExpress, 4PX, or similar) that hand off to USPS for final delivery.

Address changes

You can change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, the order is usually already with the warehouse and the address is locked.

To request a change: email info@logistow.com with your order number and the corrected address. We'll confirm whether we can still make the change.

We can't redirect a package once it's in the carrier's network. If you realize after shipping that the address is wrong, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number — many carriers (UPS, FedEx) let you redirect packages once they're in transit.

Lost or stuck packages

Lost in transit

If your tracking hasn't updated in 14+ days and the carrier flags the package as lost, email us. We'll refund or reship at no cost.

Stuck at customs (China-warehouse orders)

US Customs occasionally inspects international shipments. Most pass through within a few days. If a package sits at customs for more than 10 business days, email us — we'll work with the carrier.

Marked delivered but missing

If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find the package:

  1. Check with neighbors and other people at your address
  2. Look around your property
  3. Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark deliveries early
  4. If it's still missing, email info@logistow.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date

Customs, duties, and taxes

US sales tax is collected at checkout where required by state law.

For items shipping from our China warehouse: international shipments under $800 typically clear US customs without duties under the de minimis rule. In the rare case duties or fees apply, you (the customer) are responsible for paying them to the carrier on delivery. We don't add hidden fees, but we also can't predict every customs decision.

If you're charged customs fees that you weren't expecting, contact us — we'll work with you, but we can't always refund customs charges since they're set by US Customs, not by Logistow.

Damaged on arrival

If the box arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening if you can. Then check the contents and photograph anything that's been damaged. Email info@logistow.com within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and your order number.

P.O. Boxes and military addresses

  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship most small items to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Larger items (roof racks, roof baskets, cargo bags) often can't go to P.O. Boxes because of carrier restrictions — you'll need a street address.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Not currently supported.

Hazmat and oversize items

Some items (large roof cargo bags, full-size roof racks) ship as oversize freight and may take an extra 1–2 business days to process. The product page will note this.

Holiday cutoffs

We post holiday shipping deadlines on the homepage and in marketing emails during the November–December peak. Orders placed after the cutoff aren't guaranteed to arrive before the holiday — you'll still get the item, just not on time.
