This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. Logistow is a brand of Onsite Liquidators, Inc., the legal entity behind logistow.com.

We try to write this in plain English. If anything is unclear, email info@logistow.com.

What we collect

We collect three categories of information:

1. Information you give us

When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, you provide:

  • Name
  • Shipping address and billing address
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if you provide one)
  • Payment information (handled by our payment processors — we don't store full card numbers)
  • Order history
  • Customer support messages and their content

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit logistow.com, we (and the tools we use) automatically collect:

  • Device info: browser type, operating system, screen size
  • Usage info: pages viewed, time on site, links clicked, items added to cart, items purchased
  • Network info: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, referring URL
  • Cookie data: see our cookie policy for the full list

3. Information from third parties

  • Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay): we receive confirmation that payment cleared, plus the billing address you supplied them
  • Ad platforms (Meta, TikTok): if you click an ad to reach us, we receive the campaign and click ID so we can measure performance
  • Email tools (Shopify Email / Klaviyo, if used): open and click data on emails we send

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

  1. Fulfill your order — process payment, ship the product, send you tracking
  2. Provide customer support — answer your emails, resolve issues, process refunds and returns
  3. Operate the website — keep the site running, prevent fraud, improve performance
  4. Send marketing — promotional emails (only if you opt in), retargeting ads (only via cookies you allow)
  5. Comply with the law — tax reporting, fraud prevention, lawful requests from authorities

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with:

Order fulfillment

To get the product to your door, we share your name, shipping address, phone number (if you provided one), and order details with CJ Dropshipping (cjdropshipping.com), our fulfillment partner. CJ Dropshipping operates the US and China warehouses that ship Logistow orders. They use this information solely to pack and ship your order.

We share tracking information with carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, YunExpress, 4PX, and similar) to physically deliver the package.

Platform and infrastructure

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform. Shopify processes orders, hosts the website, and provides analytics.
  • Payment processors — Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, and similar. They process the transaction and we don't see your full card number.
  • Email service — used to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and marketing emails (if you opted in).

Advertising and analytics

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — through the Meta Pixel, we share with Meta which pages you visited, what you added to cart, and what you bought, so Meta can show our ads to people who looked but didn't purchase, and so we can measure ad performance.
  • TikTok — same pattern, via the TikTok Pixel.
  • Shopify Analytics — built-in traffic and conversion analytics.

Legal / safety

We disclose information if required by law (subpoena, court order, tax authority), to investigate fraud, or to protect Logistow, our customers, or the public.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't rent email lists. We don't share your data with anyone outside the above categories.

How long we keep it

  • Order records: 7 years (US tax and accounting requirements)
  • Customer support emails: 3 years after the last contact
  • Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then 30 days for cleanup
  • Cookies / analytics data: see cookie policy for individual cookie lifetimes
  • Account data: until you ask us to delete it, or your account has been inactive 5+ years

Your rights

If you live in California (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you
  • Access a copy of your data
  • Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context advertising — note that our use of Meta and TikTok pixels for retargeting may qualify as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by adjusting cookie settings.
  • Non-discrimination — we won't charge you more or give worse service if you exercise these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email info@logistow.com with "California privacy request" in the subject line. We'll respond within 45 days.

If you live in the EU / UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict how we process your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Object to processing, including marketing
  • Withdraw consent at any time for any processing based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Our legal bases for processing under GDPR are: contract performance (to fulfill your order), legitimate interests (to operate and improve the site, prevent fraud), consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (for tax and compliance).

We currently ship only within the US. If you're an EU/UK resident visiting our site as a browser, the rights above still apply to data we collect from you.

Other US state laws

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to the California list. Use the same email process to exercise them.

How to opt out of marketing

  • Email: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email. You'll stop receiving promotional emails within 10 business days. We'll still send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) because they relate to a purchase you made.
  • Cookies and retargeting ads: see the cookie policy for browser-level controls.
  • Meta and TikTok ad preferences: you can also opt out of personalized ads directly inside Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok account settings.

Children

Logistow is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, email info@logistow.com and we'll delete it.

Data security

We use Shopify's platform-level security for the storefront, encrypted payment processing for transactions, and standard administrative safeguards. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data, we'll notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top. Material changes (e.g., new categories of data sharing) will be announced via email if you're a customer or subscriber.
